Everyone is telling me including the DEA and the attorney that if I bail him out he's going to lose his attorney they're trying to revoke his parole and send him back he is fighting for drug court if I bail him out can he still get drug court
Some states have a presumption that if you can afford bail, you can afford to hire an attorney so he might lose his court appointed attorney. Whether he has a public or private attorney shouldn't affect his eligibility for drug court though. If you only have money for bail and not for an attorney, its likely going to be a waste of money and will hurt you boyfriend more then help him if he loses an attorney.
He will lose his court appointed attorney if you bond him out. Bond has nothing to do with whether or not he will be accepted into drug court.
