Look on the broward property appraiser website and it will tell you the assessed value they claim and exemption amount. It is unlikely they have not updated the value since 1998 though; it updates every year. What you mean by exempt is unknown. In terms of creditors if it is homestead it is exempt from judgment liens. In terms of property taxes it is not exempt in terms of homestead exemptions to the full value, no.

Not sure what you are asking here , but - assuming the property is located in the City limits of Fort Lauderdale, and does not sit on more than 1/2 acre, it is exempt from forced sale by many creditors (i.e., the entire value); but some creditors (like a mortgagee bank) can in fact foreclose.
if you are asking about the Homestead ad valorem "tax" exemption (for property taxes purposes), you should be entitled to the full exemption amount, $25,000 if single; $50,000 if a married couple), and owned/maintained a primary residence since since 1996, you should receive the full
