Please any once can help me in this regard.
We are not permitted to solicit business on Avvo, so you'll just need to reach out to some attorney in your area and ask whether they will draft a default order for you. Many very good attorneys will do this for a fixed fee. The fee will depend on the complexity of the final order and whether any other documents need to be drafted.
For example, if you and your wife have not children under the age of 18 together and have not accumulated any property, items, or money (including retirement) during the marriage, then the decree will be very simple. If you have children, it will be more complex. If you have any property, then the final decree must reflect a "just and right division" of the community property, Tex. Family Code section 7.001. To create the "just and right division," you would need to fill out an inventory and appraisement form, come up with a property division, and then convince the judge that the property division in your decree is "just and right." An attorney who drafts the decree for you can do all that as well.
Best wishes as you finalize your divorce process!!
