My husband was here a few years ago on a student visa and it expired and he got caught with an overstay he voulentary went back. I am usc and we got married in India is it possible to bring him back here to us to live with me even though he barred from us.
You may be able to bring him back (probably with a waiver). Do your homework and contact an experienced immigration attorney to handle the case.

I agree with Luis, you may be able to "bring him back" but you will need an experienced attorney to deal with the waiver.
Marc Taylor, Esq.
It depends upon the length of the overstay, as the other attorneys stated you will probably need a waiver. Speak with and retain an immigration attorney, my firm handles these types of cases.
