We went to court. The judge said she will make her decision via online and mail. Her decision on line was this "Denied" in regards to the Plaintiff's request for "Vacate Dismissal" Does this mean the case is closed and the Judge has rejected the Plaintiff request to "Vacate Dismissal"??
It means plaintiff's motion to vacate the dismissal has been denied. The case remains dismissed and is therefore over, unless plaintiff appeals the order denying the motion to vacate the dismissal.
