My roommates are trying to throw me out they already took the cable box they made me get rid of my cars that had no tags but yet I had insurance cards they made me get rid of my dog and now I can't store stuff in their house is this legal now they have vehicles that have no tags or not register they have two dogs I cannot watch TV or news because they took back the cable box can they do this legally
Do you pay rent? If so, you may have an action for constructive eviction. It's very fact dependent and will have to do with a review of your lease and/or the Florida Residential Landlord and Tenant Act. The best option for you would be to reach an agreement with your roommates on how long you can stay (without the ridiculous behavior) so that you can find a new place to live.
