I had a child support order placed against me from the mother of the child sister. They have been pursuing me since 2010. They have taken my taxes every year since then to pay off the support order every month. My actions against them have only been self litigant and file for modification when I can. Unfortunately I cant leave the state for the last 2 years and afraid if I file taxes this year they will take it again. Please guide me
If you owe child support arrears, even though the case is closed in 2013, child support enforcement agency will continue to try and collect the back paid child support owed. If you are on state assistance, it is possible, that you may be able to try and negotiate with them, or if you have a lump sum you can provide to them they may be willing to take the lump sum in exchange for discharging the rest of the funds.

It's not very clear what the issue is with regard to the child support. I assume that you have an arrearage because they are intercepting your tax returns. All you can do in this case is pay off the arrearage. it's unclear why you can't pay your child support. Did you lose your job? Do you make less money? I'm not sure what the basis for your modification would be.
