parenting time at his parents house but while cps was involved my grand child couldn't go over there because of domastic violence so now they re going to try and get parenting time will they allow this even with cps only being out for only 5 months
It is generally the goal of the courts to reunify the family. Since CPS is no longer involved, I assume the parents have done what was required of them by the court, such as parenting classes or anger management courses, to be able to have their child visit at their home. You should consult with a family law or probate/juvenile attorney to discuss the issues in greater detail.

What is the nature of your guardianship? Are you a general guardian or a limited guardian? If a limited guardian, then there should be requirements and restrictions of the parents access to the children in the order. If a general guardianship, and the father had parenting time prior to the order, then that should resume unless there exists a court order to that says something different.
