I am looking for a flat fee divorce attorney in Houston,TX. We do not have any retirement plans to split and we do not want to split any debts either. My wife is getting the family house refinanced in her name only. After that I will get paid my share as per the agreement between us and she will pay off the existing mortgage with the new loan in her name a well.We meet all the requirements for the uncontested divorce and have a complete agreement on everything as a divorcing couple.
Your divorce is not as simple as you seem to think it is. I would expect few people to offer a flat fee. If you do find a flat-fee offer, read the contract very carefully because it may not cover everything you need.

Lawyers are not allowed to solicit clients on AVVO, so you will probably not receive a direct response. Use the "Find a Lawyer" tab at the top of the page or search lawyer's websites. Some of us do flat rate divorces with an agreement. Many do not.
I am sorry but neither of the participating attorney can directly solicit your business or give referrals.
