8 years ago or so I got a phone call from my brother and his wife Saying that I had raped her that I used Spanish fly I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Just last week I Got 5 messages for my brother's stating that he was coming out here to kill me I have the voicemail saved. He said on one of the voicemails that it allegedly happens 32 years ago. They both had harassed my mother in December 2018. She reported him. Then in January of 2019 they harassed my sister. She also reported them to the police. Now it is April 2019. And they are accessing me of rapeing her with Spanish fly. That she was past out and could not do anything. Then him calling me threatening me with violence, death. Stalking, I did not do what they are accusing me of. I and my family think that they are crazy, or and on drugs. They even accused me of raping my owen daughter. I called her and told her what was said. And she couldn't believe what they had said. The voicemails are very creepy and evil. I never , ever done anything as they are accessing me of. Ever in my whole life. He also said that they have a lawyer, a judge that is on there side. And also a district attorney that is on there side.
It would be extremely difficult to prosecute any case that is 32 years old. Moreover, the Statute of limitations was 9 years for criminal sexual conduct and passed before the Statute of Limitations was extended. Presently, there is no statute of limitations under the following circumstances,:
(1) DNA evidence is collected & preserved; and
(2) the crime is 1st, 2nd or 3rd degree Criminal Sexual Conduct; and
(3) the crime occurred on or after 8/1/00 or was still chargeable on 8/1/00.
It does sound as if you brother may have mental health issues. I would not put much stock in what he says about having people n his side. Indicate to him that you want no more contact. If he contacts you again, file for a harassment restraining order.
You may wish to contact an attorney regarding tis matter.

That story defies credibility. And the fact that the claim is so far in the past may make it difficult for any criminal prosecutor to file charges. Whenever receiving threats, it's wise to attempt to document them in every practical way. Save voice mails recordings with dates and times. And generally collect and save evidence of the threats made. Depending upon the circumstances, threats can constitute a crime. It may even be a good idea to get the police involved, or possibly seek a Harassment Restraining Order. But you may wan to consult an attorney first.
You should contact police to report the threats if you feel your safety is in danger.
