No physician signed anything or he did not go to hospital what can I do
Sorry to hear about your father.
Not sure what the situation is but if your father died, I'm sure that a doctor somewhere has signed a death certificate, unless the death happened recently and completion of the death certificate is pending an autopsy.
So check with the funeral home handling the funeral arrangements for your father. If there is no funeral home, then you can obtain the death certificate by going to a local branch office of the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. Alternatively, you can write to the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Health, Bureau of Vital Statistics and order the death certificate that way.
Again, my condolences on your loss and best wishes to you with this project.
