Came to India on June 2014
My husband is not talking he is even not providing my documents
So i got a lawyer and filled FOIA from india
On jan 2015 my i-485 Denied
I already planned to travel to USA
We are not divorced.
Please let me know am i allowed to Enter USA. Can i change my H4 to L1 are F1 in 3 months??
Your travel to India during the pendancy of the adjustment is extremely problematical. If your husband's adjustment was approved, then he is no longer an H-1 and, byconnection, your h-4 is not valid anymore. Even if you left the USA on a parole, the denial of your Adjustment would severly limit what you could do. WHile anything can happen, I doubt very much, and I am sorry to say, that CBP would admit you.
Your expectation of this forum are blown out of proportion if you beleive that we can be of assistance more than the lawyer who knows the nitty-gritty of your case.

Why was the I-485 denied? I am speculating your husband withdrew the I-130? Did you apply for the advance parole and was it granted before you left?
