I transferred money from RMA to joint account in WY for purchase of a condo in AZ. for son (starting college) in son's and my name. Is the $$ from RMA now community property? Is the condo community property? We have an estate plan that gives all assets to one another upon death. However, I never changed beneficiary of inheritance to from son to husband. Is my inheritance now community property? Inheritance remains in my name only in an IRA and RMA in Ohio with UBS. We live in WY. He has considerably more in 401K etc. as I was not income producing while raising our son, and he earned considerably more $$ as a lineman than I did as a teacher. However, my family often gifted $$ which I used to pay on the house or cars, etc. . We have no debt.
Is my any of inheritance marital asset?
