im 18,on probation in one county for underage consumption and got charged with underage consumption in another countywell im tchnically not on probation yet.ive yet to be sentenced for the first underage consumption charges.so would i still violate probation if i havent been sentenced yet
Yes. Your PO can violate you for breaking the law anywhere else. I would recommend being proactive and letting your PO know you were charged. He or she will find out either way, and it'll be better if it comes from you.

Yes. Were you allowed to leave the county? One obvious condition of being granted the privilege of probation is that you don't commit further crimes. Review the terms of your probation contract.
The answer to your question should have been obvious to you.
Unfortunately you missed the point of probation, which is no jail. You have now insulted the criminal justice system not to mention the judge. Don't be surprised if you are picked up on a warrant and i would contact your Probation Officer immediately and report the arrest. You still enjoy the presumption of innocence.
You will eventually need a lawyer.

There are a couple of issues that need to be addressed.
First, you say you're not on probation yet. Did you enter a into a plea deal? How do you know you're going to be given probation?
Second, probation for a first time underage consumption seems fairly steep, do you have priors? Normally that charge would carry a small fine and dismissal of charges following a short class on alcohol consumption.
Third, I assume the second violation happened after the first. That being said, whatever sentencing offer you may have pending may be withdrawn by the first County.
Feel free to contact me so I can help you with this problem.
