I am an estranged son to a father I haven't had contact with for years? He has recently passed, think he left all to his wife.
What can I expect if anything from his will or lack there of? Do I have any rights? Must I be "singled out" in some way as a child who doesn't get anything using a legit court document or if all went to his third wife- is there any way of knowing if my father wanted me to have or not have anything of value from his life on this planet.?

If there is a will, you may have been left something, all of it, or nothing.

If he died intestate and there was only community property his surviving spouse takes all. Anything else would require considerably more investigation.
