One of the loss prevention associate stated that I didn’t scan all the items in my basket. I was cooperative and they already had their merchandise prior to the assault. He told me to stand up because I was under arrest and I was tryning to get clarification when he yanked me from the seat and threw me against the wall to cuff me. I was turning to tell him that I had my phone in my hand and purse on my shoulder and he started screaming stop resisting and that’s when the other loss prevention associates helped him hem me against the wall. During all of that my sweater got caught in the cuffs, that he put on as tight as he could. The sweater was tight around my neck that it was choking me for at least 20 minutes and left bruising around my neck.
