Claim of Exemption and the financial statement forms.
So my question is how do i fill these forms out if I do not have a personal income? I have a notice of Levy on its way to the sheriff as of next week, so i'm trying to get a head start on the forms i need to fight this and regain the $8500.00 they took out of our joint savings acct. thank you.
You can still fill out these forms to indicate that you have zero income.
