Facebook has, without notice or warning, just deleted one of my Facebook pages. I am their client who paid them to promote the page and our website. I understand that they can delete individual accounts, but I am a paying customer who paid for this service. What is the legal recourse for this?
You might start by trying to find out what happened, if it was a glitch or some other problem or perhaps a terms of service issue that caused it to be taken down.
Then you could ask for your money back. This would be a customer service issue.
You should start by contacting Facebook customer service. If you only get computer generated answers you should retain a lawyer to contact Facebook on their stationary, that will usually start a conversation with a live individual who can discuss the situation.
