and for criminal mischief because a lady said I got upset at her and tried to scare her. How can I save my CDL license. Help.
Don't cut corners here. Hire qualified counsel as soon as you can. It is not atypical for traffic summonses to carry more severe potential consequences than the accompanying criminal charges. Competent counsel will nonetheless be able to negotiate a favorable plea, depending on your driving history, your criminal background, and other factors. Good luck.

More information is needed but I would be more worried about the criminal mischief as it is a criminal charge than the Reckless Driving Charge which has a max jail time of 60 days for a first offense and 90 for a 2nd. That being said neither are good to have but criminal mischief depending on how it is charged and the damage done could be up to 5 years in jail, if your in jail you won't need your drivers license. Get the best lawyer your can find, your future is dependent on it.
Lastly stop posting online anything said here can be used against you in court as the prosecutors and police can see everything you post here and use it against you in court, so be careful and only talk to an attorney in the privacy of his or her office where you are protected by the attorney client relationship. Good Luck
