Got garnish and called employer to see why being garnished and they gave me attorneys information and case number but when I call I get a recording stating will call back but hasn't how do I proceed to the next step of finding who are these people and filing a motion
A better way to figure out what is going on is to obtain a copy of the paperwork and then march down to the courthouse where the garnishment was issued to look at the file. Bring plenty of cash, as the court generally charges around $1/page for you to get the necessary copies of the file you will want to take to be reviewed by a local attorney. Hope this perspective helps!

As Attorney Bunce pointed out, you need to make sure that all the proper procedures were followed by the company. You need to see an attorney to make sure the garnishment is, in fact, proper.
The Clerk's office at the Civic Center has the documents that will show the original law suit and the judgment. On the same floor you can look up how the Plaintiff alleges you were served.
The name you gave suggests that it may be a debt buyer.
