I submitted two separated forms I-130. One for each of my parents (father an mother) and I have a different case number for each one of them. in each I-130 form, each parent mentioned the other in Section D, item1.
now, I am filling the form I-864 as a sponsor for both. in the form I-864 section 3, I did not understand item 2. Do I have to list both of my parents in one form as they are coming together when they get the immigration visa, or I have to fill a separate form for each parent without mentioning the second parent in section 3.2 as family member as each for them has a separate case because there is a note on the form :(Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition).
This question should be moved from Tax Exempt Finance to Immigration in the hopes that you will be able to get an answer.
