I have question related to I-140. My earlier I-140 was approved around June 2016.
New I-140 was filed by my company around Sept 2016, because of company legal name changes. Later on, the new I-140 withdrawal request was sent to USCIS around December 2016. Till few days back, the status was 'correspondence was received and uscis reviewing the case...'.
However, today when i track the I-140 receipt, the results don't come up in case status tool.
What does that means ? Will the USCIS send any notification to my employer ?
I appreciate the responses and your experience on this situation.
I am on EAD/AP Status with I-485 pending more than 180 days.
You will need to find a new employer in the same or similar position.

In your case, you are allowed to seek employment with another employer if the FORM I-140 is approved and your FORM I-485 has been pending for more than 180 days.
It is quite confusing set of facts. It appears you have multiple I-140 and one was revoked. Best to consult with an attorney and get accurate guidance.
