I am a US Citizen and applied for a stand-alone I-130 Nov 2016. On Sept 2017 we had our I-130 interview. Now we were told to get a response after 84 days. We have already been waiting for 4 months and we still have not received anything? I have submitted several online inquiries already. All of them said our case is still under review. This seems so worrisome for us. Is it normal to wait this long? Our case was at Nebraska Service Center before the Interview. The interview was at the San Francisco office.
That could be "normal" for the type of facts and situation you are in - about which we know nothing. Your lawyer should inquire or otherwise advise you.

4-month wait is very normal for I-130 processing.
