Yesterday I have posted question about revocation of I 130.
Need to really understand what we have to do because my sister out of money and can't go with attorney.
The of letter is January 2, 2018
What is the deadline to stop revocation?
Does any letter needs and additional evidences to send USCIS?
And what is the best option for her???stop revocation, or restart again with I 130?
It is advisable to contact an immigration lawyer to discuss your case.
If USCIS intends to revoke I-130 approval based on the derogatory evidence not known to you, then USCIS must give you an opportunity to rebut such evidence — in the form of Notice of Intent to Revoke — before officially revoking the approval. Your response to this notice is due 30 days from the notice. Without knowing more, it’s hard to comment one way or another. It’s best to consult with an immigration attorney to assess the case before responding to the notice.
