I was recently arrested for smuggling illegals and my vehicle was confiscated. I had sent in a petition to get my vehicle back but it was denied. Reason for it being denied is because apparently this is my second time getting into this kind of trouble that it was held against me and was denied. Is it possible to take it to court or fight for it? Because I need my vehicle back ASAP.
Can you fight it? Yes
Will you be successful? No, probably not.
