I was called last week about my reported rape back in 1999 the person stated the case was handled wrong by the detectives at that time and asked if I wanted to reopen the case this has brought up horrible memories I have tried very hard to bury I was disrespected back then by the police because I knew the person who raped me they came at me like it was my fault and he was an officer the guy that hurt me as well or he was still associated with the police department in some kind of way but in another city spring lake. I'm confused please help
