Interstate 74 iowa bound in this case is two lanes going west an two lanes going east, two day prior to the accident we has a large amount of snow fall, one day after snow fall temps warmed up to start melting snow. Day of accident it was freezing temps so i was going about 45 mph. (Speed limit is 65) a lady sped past me in right lane 1000 ft in front of me in left lane (I was in right lane) she hit the concreat median an lost control doing compleat circles. She caught control an was comming at me head on in my right lane, I tryed to swerve left to avoid it but it was impossible to avoid she hit me head on more damage to right part of car. We got both vehicals to the right side of shoulder, then another car lost control an hit my right read an t boned the first car who lost control. I'm confused of who is at fault, iowa is a no fault state, we all have illinois insurance. I was going under speed limit because I was afraid of slick spots. I was in right lane for slower traffic use. Please explain an help me, I just found out the first car dont have insurance due to a 6 month laps in payment, but she provided a up to date insurance card to police.
Again, it appears that you were traveling too fast and too close, so you have some fault here.
