My spouse was convicted this morning due to a dirty urine he has complied with all other conditions of his probation the dirty urine was from when he was first released under his original PO his new PO used that in court today and he was put into custody

He should have had a lawyer for the VOP hearing. Now he may use counsel to file a motion for reconsideration, provided he is within the ten day window. His chances of success are less likely than if he initially obtained counsel for the VOP. Good luck.
