This person have been continuing false copyrighting our channel we won the first two with YouTube ruling in our favor but we lost over 2 months waiting on them so lose subscribers which equal profit. We just moved on and continue again. 2 months later he doing it again. How can we go about sueing him we know he lives in Japan so any help would help. How much will this cost because this is the only option we have to continue our channel and grow to make money.

No identification and no way to serve process except perhaps by court order over YouTube. Enforcement of any judgement seems problematic. Have you or your lawyer consider a claim against the publisher?
