Illegal Lien filed on property. DavisSterlingAct states must be in debt $1800 & over without penalties added to delinquint POA assessment fees. Had DHC meeting with POA. POA took 22 days to make decision. DSA decisions to be made within 15 days. POA states it doesn't matter # of days taken to reply and must appeal to IDR meeting. IDR meeting done. Letter from IDR states Assessment due from missed April 2014 $229, Pay yearly assessment from May 2014-April 2015 $2856 and Collection costs of $635. Collection costs not itemized and sent email for POA to explain. No reply from POA. Sent check Dec. 2014 for $3085 dispute pifc. POA cashed and removed lien. May 2015 POA sends a refund check that the Dec. 2014 payment is rejected after they already cashed our check and removed the lien. They also refunded May&June 2015 POA fees and stated they will not accept any future payments. POA takes us to Small Claims. POA revises their Ledger before court stating we owe for Jan, Feb, March & April 2015 when the letter they sent us covered the yearly POA fees from May 2014-April 2015. Judge didn't understand that our yearly Fee was already paid per the IDR letter. POA wants Double payment?
