My husband's ex has been arrested for felony larceny since it was her first charge she was sentenced to unsupervised probation and community service. And the charge has been dropped down to a misdemeanor .since then she has been to jail for violating a custody agreement for their child. she is not a citizen of the United States . She came to the states on a visa that has expired 2 yrs ago and has not made any effort as far as becoming a citizen . My husband is forced to pay child support for a child he is already taking care of and is never able to see while she is sitting back collecting money and not allowing my husband to see his son. Which we are working that out in custody court. She is only 19 yrs old and she is smoking weed and drinking around the child . How can I report this if she is on unsupervised probation and also lives in a different county (Vance county)
Contact the District Attorney in the county she was convicted. He can send probation to drug test her and then send a notice of a violation.
