My son had a wonderful time on Sunday at universal studio,Monday at dropped his school
mom picked him up from the school and took him to the therapist (he told her and others that she is biased against his dad many times he left the room) according to my son his mom and the therapist they were saying things about me and that were he got angry and hit his mom
(I don't approve his reaction) the therapist she overreacted and called the police on 9 years old the police told her that is not their job it is her job and they left and the therapist made him apologize to his mom if the therapist was fearful for herself or for mom she should not take him in her office or allowed to go back with his mom, it appears she used the police to scare the child. While my son he doesn't have any problems when he goes to another therapist with me, the minor's counsel referred to her and many others and she does the same,it appears there is a conflict of interest. I want to remove her and the her friend the minor's counsel if he is old enough to call the police on him he is old enough to speak to the judge
You file an order to show cause and explain the problems. This is the same process for the therapist. In Los Angeles County, look up local rule 5.21 for making complaints regarding minor's counsel. I would strongly advise that you consult with a family law lawyer to see if this a good idea. It is not easy to remove either, and you don't want to upset them if they end up staying on the case.
