There's a house that has been vacant for about 2 years I pass it everyday I go to work it is a stones throw away from where I work I am in the market to buy a house and I want to buy a ''fixer upper''this house would be perfect I can tell the house looks untouched no one is everywhere and there are a ton of attempted delivery slips on the front door I was wondering if there was a easy way I could take ownership of the house or buy it for what taxes are owed on it
Someone owns either individually or perhaps the county. Best course is run the title and contact owner to purchase.
