I am seeking the internal routing information for several incoming calls to my cell phone where the caller ID was spoofed by the originator. These were telemarketing calls. The phone carrier will only respond to a court order, yet it appears I cannot get a court order unless I file suit against someone. The information will assist in identifying the party. It appears to be a catch-22 situation. It would be wrong to be a suit against the wrong party. Law enforcement considers it a civil matter. Saying a PI can get the information but a normal person can't suggests the PI is doing something illegal.
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.
