I am applying for my citizenship and I was arrested in San Antonio, TX on school grounds. I need to get a copy of arrest report (certified) for my application. Where can I get this? Also, the case was dismissed, so do I need to get any documentation of this?

Such certified copy of any disposition of your court case could be obtained from the clerk of the criminal court where that matter was completed. In terms of getting an arrest rap sheet you may inquire of the proper place to do so at the local criminal court or the San Antonio Police Department Record Division (provided) you were arrested there and not in another Texas county).
Finally, make sure your case is submitted correctly, you become a U.S. natularized citizen only once in your life.
