The person has threatened me with a gun and I know he's out on bond right now. A gun should be against his release conditions, and I would like to try to have it revoked
You are operating under a false assumption.
The bondsman will not - cannot - revoke his bond.
Call the police and report the crime like a responsible citizen.
If the cops believe you then they will act, he will be arrested and the Judge will revoke the prior bond.
Wishing you luck and hoping that I have been helpful in answering your question.
