i sued my landlord for holding my security deposit and i won the case but he didnt pay my money back and i dont think that he wll what can i do to enforce the judgement ??

I agree with Mr. Rinaldi. Collecting judgments takes some expertise. You will have to abstract your judgment and then attempt different post-judgment collection procedures in order to levy or garnish. You will need the guidance of an experienced collection attorney.
The court that issued the judgment will likely have some pamphlets for you on how to execute it.
