I recently went back home to get my nephews for the summer and they actually like it here and want to stay. My wife and i really want them to stay but that's not our decision to make. They are becoming young men and i really want to be there for them as a positive male figure and a support system. I want the best for them.
Yes. You may petition to be appointed guardian in Arizona county in which nephews are currently residing. Only court can appoint guardian.
