I am a pro se plaintiff. One of my adverse witnesses failed to appear in court even though she was under subpoena control. The judge said he would take action if a I file the paperwork. Is the correct paperwork a motion asking for an order of the court to issue a bench warrant? Also, can this be done via an Ex Parte hearing or do I need to file a standard motion?
