I have won a lawsuit and I want to know exactly how do I go through the process of writ of execution so I can put a levy on a business account and collect funds. I already know where the person banks but I don't have the account number etc. Also any referrals as to who may know how to gather that information would be helpful.
You could contact a collections attorney. Generally, you would make sure the judgment is final, then get a writ of exectution, serve it on the bank.
