The suspect is charged with strong armed robbery., conspiracy and assault an battery 1st degree. I want to drop charges. .pls help
If you are the victim then you will need to sign a drop charges form with the solicitors office that has the case. They will put pressure on you and may even threaten to file obstruction of justice charges against you so I would seek the help of an attorney to help you through this process.
Dropping serious criminal charges is not up to you, it is up to the prosecutor. What help do you actually expect? You need to go see a criminal defense attorney, you could be charged with filing a false police report if your story has changed and you admit that you lied to the police.
