I had a minor accident on highway someone hit me from the back on left side bumper and side scratching.
Now the insurance agency denied to take the liability since the statement from both parties are different.
Since the claim will end up through arbitration process I need suggestion if I shall record my statement with the other insurance agency or if someone can represent me in this case.
My insurance suggested that, in order for them to help me in this case I need to use my policy pleas provide sincere advise. I already recorded my statement with my own insurance agency but not with the other insurance.
Talk to an attorney and he/she can advise you.

Very few attorneys do pure property damage claims. Your choices are two: let it proceed to arbitration between insurance carriers or file it in GDC (presumably) for the value of the estimate. Either way, a judge or arbitrator has to decide who is at fault. It is very common for these things to end up in a stalemate when its a side-swipe style accident. They say you merged into them, or cut them off, you say they rear-ended you. Often they end up with both sides assuming responsibility for their own damages.
You can use your own insurance to fix your car, and the only risk is the deductible. They can then go fight the other insurance company for reimbursement.
