My work visa H1B expires in may. I started green card process (by marriage) completed biometrics and waiting now for an interview appointment. In case my work authorization does not arrive by may what are my options? Does 240 day rule apply if you are waiting on USCIS decision on green card as well?
Is there a way to rush process work authorization?
If you are married to a US citizen, then unlawful employment will not prevent you from getting a green card.

It is great to do an independent research but to quote rules? How do you know it is applicable in this case?
