I am completely by myself in the country and have a 2 month old and a 2 year old little kids. My mom flew in to help me during this difficult time( I went through custody court) to manage my babies. It's extremely hard to manage such little kids alone, have a full time job and household chores. I honestly wouldn't have made it without her help.
Mom been here for 6 months and we extended her visitors visa.
After she leaves how soon can she return to the states? I don't know how I will raise my little ones without any help at all. I don't have any family here. It would be nice if she could return soon.
It is upto the CBP to determine if they should give her another back to back entry. B-2 is not a green card. So they can stop her, if they determine a trend - where she stays too long and/or tries to re-enter too soon.
She needs to mostly reside outside not inside the USA to not be stopped and deported on the next trip. Hence, she should stay outside of the USA for as long as possible.
