There’s some weird things happening with the manager.
She harassed my boyfriend and I. She has discriminated him due to his job status. We believe she had forged the lease agreement. There’s a lot of things wrong with our situation and we need to consult with an attorney.
If the court issued a Judgment of Restitution, and this is a residential eviction, then the landlord has to have the court issue you a Notice of Restitution which will give you 4 days to vacate. If you still do not get out, after the 4 days the landlord has to go back and ask the court to issue a Writ of Execution which directs the Sheriff to go out and remove you. The landlord then makes an appointment for when the Sheriff will come out. How soon that happens depends on how crowded the Sheriff's calendar. In Multnomah County, that usually is 2-5 days. If you want to review things with an attorney, sooner is better than later.
