There are hundreds of thousands of Americans who report that they are being covertly harassed by their communities even if they move. The organized crime is known to the victims as Organized Harassment. Many believe that this is a government program because the harassment tactics are systematic and well organized and that highly advanced technology is being used for which there are patents for. The type of harassment reported is similar to or is The FBI's Counter-Intelligence program and the CIA's MKULTRA programs. If the victims try to report this to law enforcement they are labeled paranoid. Many victims are whistleblowers, activists, dissenters, etc. Ted Gunderson, a private investigator and former FBI chief, began to receive cases of this before he died. There are 1000's of websites. There are thousands of websites, blogs, books, Youtube channels, and news stories about this crime. There is a movie being made, there is Myron May, the FSU Shooter story, and there proof of the technology.
