The attorney stated that he requested the prosecutor to withdraw a warrant by email. He says that the prosecutor responded and requested proof of residence for the defendant, after it was provided according to the attorney the prosecutor stopped answering. I mean is this normal, should I push the attorney to enter a motion or just wait. It's been one month since the last contact.
