Blew a .09 recieved an ovi, 1 yr license suspension and 1 yr probation
It depends on the probation. Many times I represent people who are subject to non-reporting probation, which means there are no probation appointments and no random drug and alcohol tests. If you are subject to random drug and alcohol tests, the frequency may depend on the particular probation department or probation officer. If you had an attorney represent you, you could ask them, You could also ask the probation officer, though that might prompt a test.
