I have an easement driveway shared along with three neighbors in the back of the four attached row houses. I'm looking for a permanent solution to stop them from parking in the shared driveway. It's partially blocked and hard to navigate my car to get in and out. I have easement document from county record has egress and ingress right. Survey said it's easement driveway. I wonder if you are specialized in property litigation and give me free consultation with what's your plan and what's the cost. I can provide documents and pictures, audio and videos.
Attorneys on this website are not permitted to solicit clients. I suggest that you utilize the Find a Lawyer tab to select a practitioner that specializes in real estate litigation. Your fact pattern suggests weighty, somewhat complex litigation, billed on an hourly basis; it could get expensive. Good luck.

A driveway easement cannot be blocked. The question is the exact language of the easement and whether a court will decide it is impeding "ingress and egress" or whether the parked cars are not actually impeding your use. You can contact any attorney on Avvo and seek a consultation- this is a "land use" issue, so search for a land use attorney in the bronx.
