Partition lawsuits are normally handled on an hourly basis, not a contingency, since there are various outcomes, from one party buying out the other parties, to the property being sold and proceeds divided.
I have never heard of a partition on a contingent fee. The number of hours will depend on how much the lawyers for your siblings want to litigate and make it expensive. Perhaps you and your siblings could try mediation (a non-binding win-win scenario) before litigation (inherently expensive and inherently win-lose.)

I agree with the others, it is unlikely to be a contingent case. The total cost will be determined primarily by how much you and your siblings get along (or not) not the lawyers. I would consider mediation as a way to get an independent person to help all come to a reasonable conclusion.

Hours? The question is how far over $25,000 it will cost. Saw one in area similar to South Bay last year that hit $50k, and no one got what they wanted.
As Mr. Doland writes, mediation is the answer. I did several online in California last year, in installments. A fraction of the partition cost. More importantly, in some cases a family member kept the property. Relations were healed.
Litigation makes thing worse. In mediation, the parties have a conversation, and it's easier to deploy creative real estate solutions.
